Shine Connect v3.0 initial release

Shine Connect API is now hosted under connect.api.shine.fr (and connect.api.staging.shine.fr for the sandbox environment).
There has been no changes on API responses. However, mutual TLS is mandatory.
- If you were already using mutual TLS and signing your requests, no changes are required except switching to the new URL:
connect.api.shine.fr - If you were not using mutual TLS, please email us your QWAC and QSEAL certificates at [email protected] and refer to our documentation to properly set up the connection and sign your requests
